This Privacy Policy explains how Hampshire Holdings Intl LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Life Policy Help (“Life Policy Help,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and sells personal information through lifepolicyhelp.com and any related landing pages, forms, and phone numbers we operate (collectively, the “Site”).
Read this first. Life Policy Help is an advertising and lead generation service. We are not an insurance company, insurance agency, or insurance agent, and we do not sell, solicit, negotiate, or service insurance. We are paid by licensed insurance agencies to connect them with consumers who request information about coverage.
When you call us or submit a form, we sell or transfer your information and your call to one or more licensed insurance agencies, and they will contact you. That is the purpose of this service. If you do not want to be contacted by a licensed insurance agency, do not submit a form and do not call.
This policy covers personal information we collect from consumers in the United States through the Site, through telephone calls to or from numbers we advertise, and through text messages. It does not cover the privacy practices of the licensed insurance agencies, agents, or insurance carriers to whom we transfer your information. Once your information is transferred to them, their own privacy policies and practices govern their use of it. We encourage you to review their policies directly.
We collect the following categories of personal information. We collect it only in connection with a request you initiate.
| Category | Examples | Why we collect it | Do we sell or share it? |

| Inferences | Likelihood that a licensed agency can assist with the coverage you described | Lead routing and quality | Yes |
| Sensitive personal information | Limited health-related indicators you voluntarily provide, such as tobacco use or general health rating, where a form requests it | To route your request to an agency that can assist with the coverage type you selected | Disclosed to the receiving agency only, for that purpose |
We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, financial account numbers, payment card numbers, precise geolocation, biometric information, or account login credentials through the Site. If a page or caller asks you for any of these on our behalf, it is not us — please report it to us immediately at the contact details in Section 17.
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted under applicable law, and we do not use it to infer characteristics about you.
Under California and other state privacy laws, our business model constitutes a “sale” and a “sharing” of personal information. We want to be direct about it:
We disclose personal information to vendors that process it on our behalf and under contract, limited to performing services for us. These include website hosting and security (Cloudflare), call tracking and routing (Retreaver), customer relationship management and messaging (GoHighLevel), telephony carriers, billing and payments (Stripe), advertising and analytics platforms (Google, Meta), and fraud and consent-verification vendors.
We share online identifiers and interaction data with advertising platforms to measure conversions and improve targeting. This may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out as described in Sections 8 and 9.
We may disclose personal information when required by law, subpoena, or court order; to protect our rights, property, or safety or that of others; to enforce our Terms; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.
When you submit a form or call a number we advertise, and you check or click the consent language displayed, you provide prior express written consent to receive telephone calls and text messages from Hampshire Holdings Intl LLC d/b/a Life Policy Help and from the licensed insurance agencies identified in that consent language, at the telephone number you provided, including calls and messages delivered using an automatic telephone dialing system, an artificial or prerecorded voice, or automated texting technology, for the purpose of discussing insurance products and related offers.
You may revoke your consent at any time, by any reasonable means, and we will honor it. You do not need to use any specific words or channel.
We process revocation requests within 10 business days of receipt, and we maintain an internal Do Not Call list indefinitely. After you revoke, we may send you a single confirmation message. Revoking consent with us does not automatically revoke consent you may have given to a licensed insurance agency that already received your information — you must contact that agency separately, and we will provide their contact details on request. We honor the federal Do Not Call Registry and applicable state Do Not Call lists, and we maintain a written Do Not Call policy available on request.
Telephone calls to and from numbers we advertise may be monitored and recorded for quality assurance, training, compliance, dispute resolution, and to document consent. You will be notified of recording at the beginning of the call. By continuing with the call after that notification, you consent to the recording. If you do not consent to being recorded, tell the representative and end the call, or contact us in writing instead. Recordings and transcripts may be shared with the licensed insurance agency that receives your call and with our service providers, and may be retained as described in Section 11.
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your session, measure advertising performance, and attribute conversions. Specific technologies in use include Google Ads and Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta pixel, and call tracking scripts that assign a unique telephone number to your session.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may prevent parts of the Site from working. Additional opt-out options:
Global Privacy Control. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) and similar browser-based opt-out preference signals as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information for the browser transmitting the signal.
You have the right to direct us not to sell or share your personal information. To exercise it:
We will confirm receipt and act on your request within the time required by applicable law, generally 15 business days for opt-out requests and 45 days for access and deletion requests, extendable once by an additional 45 days where permitted.
Important: an opt-out applies going forward. It does not retrieve information already transferred to a licensed insurance agency before we received your request. To stop that agency from using your information, contact them directly.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have some or all of the following rights:
These rights are available to residents of states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws in effect, which as of the date of this policy include California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia. We extend these rights to all United States residents as a matter of practice.
Submit requests by email to [[email protected]], by calling [toll-free privacy line], or by mail to the address in Section 17. To protect your information, we will ask you to verify your identity, typically by confirming the telephone number and email address associated with your submission. We will not use verification information for any other purpose.
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request. We will require written authorization signed by you and may require you to verify your identity directly with us.
California Civil Code § 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Send such requests to the contact details in Section 17.
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption of data in transit using TLS, encryption at rest with our infrastructure providers, individual user accounts with multi-factor authentication, role-based access limited to personnel with a business need, contractual confidentiality and security obligations imposed on our service providers and buyers, and logging and monitoring of access to consumer data.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you transmit information to us at your own risk.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and to meet our legal obligations. In practice: inquiry and contact records and the associated consent records are retained for at least five years from collection, which reflects applicable statutes of limitations for telemarketing claims; call recordings and transcripts are retained for up to two years unless subject to a legal hold; internal Do Not Call and opt-out records are retained indefinitely, because we must keep them to honor your opt-out.
The Site is intended for adults 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
The Site may link to websites we do not control, including those of licensed insurance agencies and carriers. We are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information to them.
To the extent any information you provide is nonpublic personal information subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act or applicable state insurance information privacy laws, we handle it in accordance with those requirements and disclose it only as permitted, including to the licensed insurance agencies fulfilling your request.
The Site is intended for use by residents of the United States, and information is stored and processed in the United States. We do not offer services to, or knowingly collect information from, individuals in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions outside the United States.
We may update this policy. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, where required by law, provide additional notice. Material changes affecting how we sell or share your information will be posted on the Site before they take effect. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
